You can file a formal dispute through the support portal. We'll assign a case manager to review your account records, transaction history and the decision in question. You'll receive a written explanation and have 14 days to appeal if you disagree with the outcome.

All payment data is encrypted using industry-standard protocols. We never store your full payment credentials and only retain transaction references. Payment processors handle sensitive data directly, and we comply with their security standards.

We review policies quarterly and notify you of material changes via email at least 30 days in advance. Minor clarifications may be updated without notice. You can always view the current version of any policy in your account settings.

We collect your name, email, phone number, payment method and gaming activity to operate your account and comply with regulations. We retain this data for as long as your account is active, plus seven years for regulatory purposes after closure.

Submit a data request through the support portal and we'll compile your account records, transaction history and any dispute files within 10 business days. You can download everything as a secure PDF or request it by email.

We may suspend your account if we detect suspicious activity, policy violations or payment issues. You'll receive notice and a chance to respond. Permanent closure requires written confirmation from you or a final decision after dispute resolution.

rajapanen operates in supported regions where local law permits. We verify your location during account creation. If you're outside a supported region, you won't be able to complete registration or deposit funds.
